Photoshoots at the castle
-$175 per hour for use of one floor

-$275 for two floors
There is a 2 hour minimum*
* Here's why:
Over 250 individual switches must be thrown by a human-being to light Havencrest, which takes about an hour. We also have to pay for personnel presence during your shoot.

- Hair, makeup, and costume change can be done here, but above rates are applicable.
​
-Prepayment required within 2 weeks of shoot. There will be no refunds due to the time it takes to prepare the house and the amount of staff it requires.
​
-If you shoot at 5-7 PM on a tour day, (May and October weekends) 25% discount applies. This discount is possible because the house is already lit for the tours.

(pre-tour hours are not available)

-Velvet ropes can be removed and you may sit in the furniture.
​
- You must claim responsibility for any damages and provide proof of insurance.
​
-Additional people
$45 for each additional photographer.
$25 for each model or technician.
Prepayment required within 2 weeks of shoot. Refundable if cancelled within 48 hours before shoot.

Non-refundable after that.
