ROYAL PACKAGE:
Use of Medieval Hall, Ballroom, Memorial Hall & Gardens
Prices include:
-Minimum two staff members on site
-Transport up and down the hill​
-Music system with microphone

Up to 50 people: $3,000 weekdays • $3,500 weekends
50-100 people: $3,500 weekdays • $4,000 weekends
100-150 people: $4,000 weekdays • $4,500 weekends
Banquet tables with table covers, chairs, china, flatware, are available

ordinarily available APRIL, MAY, OCT, and NOV
6 PM to 10 PM
(earlier hours on weekdays are possible)​

Final guest count due 2 weeks before the event date. That will determine your package rate.
Tours can be added to your package at $25 per person.
Havencrest Castle is closed for events during winter months.

SURCHARGES
​Our spaces are for the ceremony and photos as we do not have food service available at this time. If food is brought in, a $500 cleaning deposit is required and will not be refunded if textiles or other damages occur.

The rest of the house is NOT accessible (locked) unless purchasing tours
Tours surcharge: $25 per person in attendance

Food and drink absolutely not allowed in the rest of the house, ONLY in the Royal Package rooms.

Simple Rules of the Kingdom
• Absolutely NO smoking, sparklers, or lit candles
(LED votives are fine)

• Bringing in food or liquids means you agree to the following:
